Multi-Grip Press Arm System
Ergonomically correct multi-grip arms deliver deep and effective muscle interaction. Engage different muscles by simply using the different grip handles for each function.
Selectorised Arm Movements
The Multi function Press Arms of the G3S means you can go from chest press to incline press to shoulder press with one quick and easy motion.
Lat Pull Down
The Lat pull down on the BodySolid G3S provides you with multiple exercise oportunities including wide grip lat pull down, close grip lat pull down and tricep pressdown.
Ab Crunch and Mid Pulley Station
Through this station you will be able to maximise your potential to gain amazing abs. Adding weight to your crunches means you can get impressive results to flatten, isolate, and strengthen your abdominal region in less time.
Adjustable Leg Curl/ Leg Extension Station
The G3S has a fully adjustable leg extension/ leg curl station that will comfortably fit any user and features thick foam rollers for maximum comfort and enjoyment from your workout.
73KG Weight Stack
This BodySolid Multi-gym is powered by a 73kg alloy weight stack. Each plate is machine drilled to exact specifications and employ state of the art nylon bushings for super smooth and quiet operation. You also have the option of upgrading to the 95kg stack.
Optional Leg Press Attachment
Add a Leg Press to your G3S Home gym and you have a complete all body strength system. The advanced design eliminates ankle stress and provides consistant resistance throughout a full range of motion. With a 2:1 ratio, which means your weight stack is doubled on the leg press. The press features an extra large, extra wide footplate to suit every user.
