Both the seat and the handlebars are adjustable, which means you can set them in almost any position that you find comfortable.
One of the key features that sets this console apart is that it lets you easily monitor tension level, program, time, distance, speed, heart rate and calories burnt.

CLASSIC CONSOLE: Thanks to the Classic Console, if you want to get started with your workout, just press Go and work your way to a healthier body! Feedback can be viewed on an extra-large display without having to change modes or screens. Users can also pick from five different pre-set programs, or just exercise freestyle. The console monitors heart rate through contact grips on the handlebars or through a wireless heart rate monitor strap.
