Rotating Functional Training Pulleys
Train without limits. Either standing or seated, you can perform dozens of different conventional and functional strength exercises with ease and flexibility. The arms have 6 different lock positions utilising a simple to use commercial style pop pin.

This outstanding feature offers versatile seated rowing and bicep curl exercise options.
Front and Rear Pull Down
The Max 6 features a bar with both wide and narrow grip and kneepads to lock you safely and securely into position. Foam rubber grips on both wide and narrow options ensures a strong, no-slip grip for lats, traps and biceps. Easily adapts to straight arm pull downs and tricep extensions.
