The York Perform 210 Complete Fitness Package consists of four York Perform 210 fitness machines: exercise cycle, rower, cross trainer and treadmill. The machines are packed with all the latest engineering solutions to ensure many fitness goals can be achieved.
Both the York Perform 210 exercise cycle and the York Perform 210 cross trainer are equipped with a 7kg (15lbs) flywheel that provides smooth performance. The machines also offer 32 levels of computer-controlled magnetic resistance and 23 programmes that target different muscle groups and ensure challenging and effective whole body workouts. The machines are supplied with 3-colour LCD consoles that provide feedback on time, speed, RPM, distance, calories, pulse and Watts. The York Perform 210 exercise cycle is equipped with up/down and fore/backward adjustable seat, as well as adjustable handlebars and pedal straps for maximum comfort and stability.
The York Perform 210 cross trainer offers a 14" stride and is equipped with non-slip adjustable pedals and ergonomically designed arms that offer maximum comfort.
The York Perform 210 treadmill has a 1.5hp continuous duty motor that powers the belt to the top speed of 16km/h (10mph). The machine also offers maximum incline of 15%. The running area is 46cm (18") wide by 140cm (55") long and its 6-piece elastic cushioning system reduces impact on the joints. The treadmill is supplied with a 7" LCD blue backlit display that provides feedback on all the important workout statistics and allows for choosing between 12 pre-set programmes that enable achieving various fitness goals. Additionally, the treadmill features the body fat function to precisely measure body fat ratio and keep up with the training progress.
The York Perform 210 rower is equipped with a 6kg (13lbs) flywheel and offers 8 levels of manual magnetic resistance. It is supplied with a 5.75" LCD console which provides feedback on workout time, stroke count, calories and cumulative stroke for all workouts. The rower helps to strengthen the heart, improve circulation, as well as exercise all the major muscle groups - back, waist, arms, shoulders, hips and legs.
